I didn’t realize until a co-worker pointed it out a few weeks ago, but I get songs ‘stuck in my head’ all the time. I pretty much rotate a few at any given time if I’m not currently in a conversation, listening to music or watching a show.
Over the weekend, I unfortunately had the SNL short, “I’m On a Boat” in my head. We were singing it while we were on the boat and on shore and now it’s stuck. My favorite line includes the lyrics “flippy floppies”
Help me get a better song in the rotation. Any suggestions?

is wondering if there is a ‘good habit tracker’ app out there: http://bit.ly/sdsTb

Good Habit Tracker
It seems like many of us spend our days tallying up our bad habits and creating excuses for them, instead of rewarding ourselves for the good decisions we make.
For example, my latest post about trying to get a good night sleep. My excuse is both my travel schedule and Ted’s - I don’t sleep well when he’s away and I don’t sleep enough when I am.
The problem is from the moment I wake up, not only does my body feel it - I’m also hard on myself about my lapse; with mental/emotional consequences. I’m eager to change the mindset, instead of spending unnecessary time fretting over the repurcusions of my actions.
What if there was a way to shift the mindset to keeping track of our good habits?
Does anyone know of a decent application that already exists? Perhaps even one for the iPhone?
It could operate like the sticker charts from our childhood days. Reward v. punishment…
